Jason Lake

Jason joined Yale in the summer of 2023 to run our Service and Building Automation division. 

Jason brings 30-plus years of experience in the industry as an owner and contractor with a strong emphasis on owner experience and team development. His vast knowledge of building systems, energy management, operations management, team building, and process implementation ensures our customers have the experience expected from an owners’ point of view. 

As a member of the local mechanical community, Jason volunteers his time teaching and mentoring to individuals and groups on a variety of HVAC and leadership topics. He is also an actively involved with several local technical schools and unions. On nights and weekends, you will find Jason and his family enjoying the outdoors on dirt bikes, snowmobiles, mountain biking, fishing, or hunting.
