Lyle Schumann

Lyle joined Yale in early 2022 with more than 20 years of experience working in the mechanical services and energy solutions sectors.  

He has been a people leader for more than 30 years and has held a variety of roles ranging from General Manager to Vice President and now as the President of Yale.  Earlier in his career, Lyle worked for three large Cities as Chief Operating Officer of their Public Housing Authorities.  His passion has always been around developing high performing teams and delivering superior customer experiences.

Lyle is passionate about continually looking for ways to innovate Yale’s delivery of its services.  Challenging the status quo and always looking forward to improving the overall experience for employees and customers. 

Lyle holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Economics.
